The magic of reality

At dawn at Karemí's house, an actress friend in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, during the daily routine of having breakfast with her, I took the iPad and recorded a video of how reality unfolds, transforms, and blurs. I question, "What is reality?"

Each moment, in sounds and nuances, is how reality refers to dreams, and how beauty and doubt are reinterpreted into uncertainty and magical conjugation, through a small intention, with this small poetic experience in the video while preparing breakfast. The activation of sublimating the moment of improvisation, when the short video suddenly ends, with Karemi asking, "Have I seen such a thing?", as suddenly as when a dream and life end.

After having a splendid travel experience, during a residency at Ceiba Gráfica in Orduña, Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico, where I worked on lithography on an incredible self-sustaining and self-managed project, under the direction of teacher and artist Per Anderson, I finally achieved a well-rounded project, and ended up in Xalapa, at Karemí's house, making experimental video.
